2011 County Health Rankings Released
The 2011 County Health Rankings, a collaboration between Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, have been released. Winnebago County’s overall health rankings remained about the same as last year with health outcomes in the third quartile of Illinois counties (#73 out of 102 counties). | Originally founded in 1982 as the Rockford Council for Affordable Health Care, the Rockford Health Council (RHC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose purpose is to promote better health for the residents of north central Illinois. |
